1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remendi application and related services (the "Service") provided by Remendi, Inc. ("Remendi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Remendi provides software that helps home restoration contractors review estimate scope, compare estimates against insurance adjuster estimates, generate rebuttal documentation, organize job records, and communicate claim status with homeowners. The Service is a productivity tool only.
3. Not legal, insurance, or professional advice
Remendi does not provide legal, insurance, appraisal, or claims-adjusting advice, and is not a party to any insurance policy or claim. Outputs such as comparisons and draft rebuttals are tools to assist your professional judgment. You are solely responsible for what you submit to carriers and homeowners. We do not guarantee any claim outcome, approval, or recovery amount.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and free trial
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
- Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your data
As between you and Remendi, you own the claim, job, and customer data you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant Remendi a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload Customer Data, including any homeowner information, and to use it as contemplated by the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remendi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
