Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

New accounts can start a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Your renewal date and plan are always visible in your account billing settings.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period except as described below or as required by law.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@remendi.io within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the initial charge on a new plan, not to subsequent renewals.

5. Refunds on renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith and process any refund required by applicable law.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times depend on your card issuer or bank.
